Playing safely on Headjam
Ranked camera matchmaking is for adults aged 18 or older. You share live video with another player.
Private rooms and ranked matches start with camera and microphone on after you grant access. You can mute your microphone anytime. If microphone access is denied or unavailable, you can still play with your camera. Solo practice does not request microphone access.
Community rules
No sexual content, threats, harassment, hate, impersonation, or cheating. Do not record or share another player's camera or voice without permission. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended.
Your controls
Use a player's camera controls to hide their video, mute their voice, report them, or block future ranked pairings. Reporting does not automatically erase a match result. Leaving a started ranked match counts as a loss.
Privacy
Head tracking runs in your browser. Camera and voice use WebRTC between players and may pass through a configured relay. Direct peer connections can reveal your network address to the other player. The server stores player profiles, ratings, game activity, reports and blocks; it does not record camera or voice content.
Private room links grant access to the room. Share them only with people you trust.
